The physical design of the PolarSnap™ Blanking Panel features slide tabs on one end and pivot pins on the other end. This design approach makes for an easy swing-in installation. One simply guides the pivot pins into the mounting rail holes on one rail then snaps the other end into the opposite rail. Side gaskets seal the panel against the mounting rails, preventing unwanted air leakage. The panels are manufactured with 1.2 mm thick cold rolled steel and have an attractive black powder coat finish.
