ONLINE TRAINING
• Login to the NER website
The Login link is located in the upper right-hand corner of every page. You must have a valid NER website account. If you do not have an account, you can request one from the login page. Account activation can take up to 24-hours to process.
• Premium Content Section
Once logged in to the premium content section of the site, you will see the Online Testing link near the top of the page. Click the link to enter the Testing Portal.
• Testing Portal
The testing portal is divided into 4 main sections: Welcome - Default landing page / Home - Access to courses for which you enrolled / History - Lists the courses you have taken / Catalog - Access to where you can enroll in courses
• Courses Design
The training modules consist of slides with “salescentric” information that will help you to identify opportunities and better present the proper data center solution, product, and/or service.
Please read the slides carefully and take notes as needed. At the end of the instructional portion of each module you will be presented with a test that covers the material you just viewed. Prior to taking the test you will have the opportunity to review the material. Once you enter the test, you cannot go back to the instructional section.
You need to achieve a score of 90% or better to pass. When you pass a module, you will be presented with a Certificate of Recognition that you can download and print. If you receive a grade of less than 90%, you will have the opportunity to re-take the module.
